Majid Al Futtaim, Ennismore Open Egypt’s 1st 25hours Hotel

Majid Al Futtaim has announced a new partnership with Ennismore to bring the first 25hours Hotel to Egypt. The hotel will be part of Junction, a mixed-use business and lifestyle destination currently being developed in West Cairo. This will be the 25hours brand’s debut in the Egyptian market.

The hotel is known for its bold design, unique storytelling, and focus on creating a lively community atmosphere. It is expected to add a fresh, creative touch to Junction, which aims to become a modern and culturally rich urban hub.

The hotel will feature around 250 rooms, including traditional hotel rooms and branded residences called 25hours Heimat. It will also offer three dining venues, coworking spaces, wellness and spa facilities, and flexible event areas for different needs.

The Heimat residences are designed to offer a new style of urban living. They come with curated amenities, a lifestyle concierge service, and access to Accor’s Ownership Benefits Programme. These features are aimed at blending comfort and convenience for residents.

Junction was launched in April 2025 and spans over 129,000 square meters across two connected plots. It includes 13 modern office buildings along with a mix of retail and food and beverage outlets. The project is designed with sustainability in mind and is targeting LEED Gold certification. It offers more than 97,000 square meters of flexible workspace to encourage creativity, collaboration, and community life.

The opening of the 25hours Hotel at Junction marks an important step in the development of West Cairo’s urban landscape. It will bring a new hospitality concept that combines culture, design, and community engagement.
