Binghatti to Build $6.8B Residential Community in Dubai

Binghatti is set to develop a $6.8 billion residential community in Meydan, Dubai. The project will cover more than 8 million square feet of gross floor area. This will be the company’s first master-planned community, offering a new and refined lifestyle. The site is located in Nad Al Sheba 1, an area known for its equestrian history and the former Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, once home to the Dubai World Cup.

The community will have easy access to major roads and will be near Dubai’s key landmarks. This will provide both convenience and a peaceful living environment. The development aims to combine luxury living with the calm and natural surroundings that the area is known for.

Binghatti’s chairman described the land acquisition as an important step for the company’s growth. The project will build on the company’s strong ability to deliver high-quality properties on time. The company’s solid financial position allowed it to fund the land purchase without outside help. The new community is expected to set a new standard for integrated living in Dubai.

At present, Binghatti is working on about 20,000 units across 30 projects in some of Dubai’s prime locations. These include Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Jaddaf, Dubai Science Park, Dubai Production City, and Sports City. The company has a strong presence in the city’s residential market.

Binghatti is also known for its branded residences created with luxury partners like Bugatti, Mercedes-Benz, and Jacob & Co. These properties have attracted famous clients such as football star Neymar Jr. and opera singer Andrea Bocelli. The new Meydan project is expected to continue this focus on luxury and exclusivity.

This $6.8 billion residential community reflects the growing demand in Dubai for master-planned and high-quality living spaces. It fits into the city’s trend toward creating integrated communities that offer homes, leisure, and nature. The project will add thousands of new homes in a desirable area, strengthening Dubai’s real estate market.
