Vic Chou Addresses F4 25th Reunion Rumors

Taiwanese pop group F4 may reunite in 2026 to celebrate their 25th anniversary, but the plans are still uncertain. The group, made up of Vic Chou, Jerry Yan, Ken Chu, and Van Ness Wu, gained fame in the early 2000s with the hit drama Meteor Garden and three music albums. Recently, Taiwan’s Mirror Media reported that F4 had reached an agreement for a reunion concert in 2026. However, Vic Chou, one of the members, gave a cautious response about the rumors during the premiere of his drama The World Between Us: After The Flames 2.

Vic Chou, who will turn 44 soon, said that reunion invitations come up every year but have not resulted in any confirmed plans. He emphasized that he wants any reunion to be meaningful and not just a commercial event. When asked about the current reunion plans, he said he did not know if it would happen this time. Vic also noted that he feels no pressure when taking part in F4 activities and enjoys being the youngest member of the group.

F4 became popular after starring in Meteor Garden in 2001, which launched their music careers. They released three albums before disbanding in 2009. Since then, the group has only performed together once in 2013 at Jiangsu Television’s Spring Festival Gala. The recent news of a possible reunion comes after other Taiwanese pop groups like Energy have successfully returned to the music scene after long breaks.
